Kulczyk Investments has a long track record in this sector, including the participation in the largest privatisation process in Central Europe – the privatisation of Telekomunikacja Polska, Poland’s national telecoms provider operating in all telecoms segments including GSM and data transmission. This project was carried out in strategic partnership with France Telecom. The company acting in partnership with Deutsche Telekom held a stake in one of Poland’s biggest GSM operator – Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC).
